Write about anything you like or anything that you are feeling, write about your dreams your lifetime wishes or about your nightmares. write about the things you cannot tell anyone , write about things which you don't want to admit write and let go of every worry in the world .. as soon as you will start writing you will start to feel more and more light light as you have never been before and by the time you are done writing you will realize that you actually feel much better about yourself...
